Struggling with anxiety, depression, food, your body, or your relationship? You deserve support that actually creates change.
Virtual therapy for individuals and couples across Illinois - including the Fox Valley area (South Elgin, St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia) and beyond
THERAPY THAT GOES BEYOND COPING AND HELPS YOU CREATE LASTING CHANGE.
A lot of my client’s look fine from the outside. They’re keeping up with work, maintaining relationships, and doing what needs to get done. But there is something beneath the surface causing consistent distress. It may be the the anxious spiral that keeps you up at night, or consumes most of your day. It may be the heavy exhaustion or emotional numbness you feel internally. You may feel that your relationship with food or your body take up way more mental space than it should. Or you find yourself feeling stuck in the same patterns in your relationship.
That’s usually what brings someone to therapy. It’s not always a crisis, but an exhaustion of carrying something alone for too long.
I work with people who are ready to understand what’s going on underneath, not just cope on the surface. Therapy with me is honest and collaborative. We will figure out what’s keeping you stuck and build real tools to move through it, because growth does not happen from insight alone.
I also have a particular place in my heart for law enforcement wives and first responder families. If that’s you, know that you will be understood here.
